Booking information
Please read these terms before completing your booking.
A £10 deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit is deducted from the total treatment price, with the remaining balance payable at the clinic.
If you need to cancel, reschedule or make a change to your appointment, please contact Cupping Clinic E7 as early as possible before your appointment.
Late cancellations, missed appointments or changes made without reasonable notice may result in the £10 deposit being retained because the appointment time has been reserved for you.
If Cupping Clinic E7 needs to cancel or rearrange your appointment, your deposit can be transferred to the rearranged appointment or refunded.
Please arrive on time. If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be reduced. If there is not enough time for the appointment to reasonably go ahead, it may be treated as a late cancellation.
Treatment suitability and the final treatment plan are discussed with your therapist. Booking a treatment does not guarantee that every requested treatment will be suitable for you.
